Nature is full of beauty. From the incongruous to the completely harmonious aspects, capturing nature in its most awe inspiring form can be as easy as looking. My name is Ivan Lasater and I live in Grand County, Utah. Most of the locals here in the town of Moab would agree that this region could quite possibly be the most beautiful and majestic geology on Earth. Yet the area is particularly arid and hostile to life. There are few sources of water in this barren desert landscape which means life must adapt and struggle to survive. Ivan Lasater, Moab, Utah local takes us on a walk through Devil’s Garden The morning breaks over the steep red rock cliffs high above Ivan and me as we scramble out of our sleeping bags to make coffee on the smoldering campfire coals from the night before.
